Return Eligibility

1. Customers must inspect the machine upon delivery. Only defective machines identified in the presence of our installation worker are eligible for return.
2. Returns for defective machines must be requested within 3 business days from the delivery date. The machine must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
3.A valid proof of purchase (invoice ar order number) is required for processing the return.
4. Machines that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.

Return & Refund Process

1.Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before initiating a return.
2. Refunds will be processed as per the company's refund policy, following an inspection of the returned machine.

Return Shipping & Fees

1.Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including freight charges.
2.The machine must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Warranty & Service

1. Lifetime service is available for all machines.
2. Machines covered under a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects..
